GIIMT was established in 2011 to address the issue of Technical and management Manpower Shortage and to usher into a new era of educational and Industrial Development comparative to International Standards. The Institute offers degree courses in Management, Information Technology, Engineering and media communication like MBA distance learning, MBA regular, MCA distance learning, MCA regular and Information technology. Besides this institute is also offering one year/two year diploma and certificate courses in Information Technology and management.

Commitment to democracy,equality of all religions ,staunch support to nationalism and to Indian socialism & enrichment of Hindi as a national language has been throughout a praiseworthy tradition of the GIIMT .
